Payment

  • Is pay on delivery (post-payment) possible?
    No, that is not possible.
  • What are the possible payment methods?
    There is actually only one payment method possible: prepayment with quoting the invoice number (SEPA credit transfer).

Shipping

  • I am trader. Do you also sell to companies?
    Sure, no problem. We also sell to companies / businesses. Please, make sure to register the part "For companies only" in the Quotation-form.
  • The ordered window has been damaged during shipping. What should I do now?
    Although we pack up every window very secure, transport damage is unfortunately possible. In such a case you have to send us within 48 hours after receipt of the package some photos of the damaged window and also of the packaging. (Please use this Email address: info@willemsencaravanwindows.com) After consultation we will look for a suitable solution. In most cases, this means we deliver you a new window at our expense.  
  • What is the expected delivery time?
    Provided that the required window is in stock, for most European countries the delivery time will be around 2-4 working days. On each quotation we mention the expected delivery time and whether or not the window is in stock. After receiving the payment of the invoice, Willemsen Caravan Windows packs the ordered window and registers the package for delivery with DHL as quickly as possible.
  • How will the window(s) be shipped to me?
    All European orders are shipped by DHL. For deliveries outside Europe we will look for the most suitable way of shipping, which varies depending on many factors. For deliveries within the Netherlands we use mostly a separate courier service. All packages will be shipped insured. Moreover you will receive a tracking number for the use of the track and trace service of DHL.  

Warranty

  • How long is the warranty period?
    New windows
    You will get a warranty period (factory warranty) of 2 years on each new window that you purchase.
    Used windows
    There is no warranty for used windows. Together with the quotation, we will send you in advance some pictures of the used window so that you can assess the condition of the window. When you actually order the window, you agree with the state of the window.
